Chanelle Anthony is a London-based dancer, choreographer, teacher and performer whose career spans feature film, television, music video, theatre and live performance. Trained at Bird College Conservatoire for Dance and Musical Theatre and the BRIT School, Chanelle has developed a career that moves between commercial dance, heels and the stage, with credits including Wicked, Wonka, Snow White, Dance 100, the BRIT Awards and the BAFTAs.

Alongside performing, Chanelle has developed her own choreography and teaching practice, with a particular focus on heels, technique, confidence and expression. Her choreographic style plays with contrast — combining elegance, fluidity and clean lines with more explosive and unexpected moments. Her recent credits include Ayra Starr ft. Wizkid’s Gimme Dat, Kylie Minogue, Bebe Rexha & Tove Lo’s My Oh My and Fleur East’s Count the Ways.

At The Manor LDN, Chanelle brought her choreography to Angie Stone’s Wish I Didn’t Miss You. Released in 2002 as part of Stone’s Mahogany Soul album, the track became one of her best-known songs, built around a sample of The O’Jays’ Back Stabbers.

The Manor class brought together Chanelle’s focus on confidence, musicality and performance, creating a space for dancers to connect with the music while exploring her approach to heels choreography. The session is a reflection of the way she approaches teaching: building confidence alongside technique and encouraging dancers to find their own expression through movement.
