CHOREOGRAPHY BY JAMIE MASON

ARTIST: DON TOLIVER FT. JUSTIN BIEBER - PRIVATE LANDING

LOCATION: THE MANOR LDN DANCE STUDIO, FINSBURY PARK, NORTH LONDON

For Jamie Mason, Hip Hop is more than a style — it is the foundation underneath everything he does. The London-based professional dancer and choreographer has built a career across live performance, television, stadium shows, commercials and the West End, developing a movement language shaped by musicality, performance and a strong understanding of Hip Hop foundations.

His career has taken him into some very different creative worlds. Jamie performed in the West End production of Thriller Live, covering the role of Michael Jackson, and has worked with artists including Zara Larsson, Patoranking and Ray BLK. His credits also include Mylène Farmer’s European Nevermore stadium tour and the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, where he performed alongside artists including Duran Duran, Mabel, Ella Eyre, Rod Stewart and Diversity.

Television has become another part of Jamie’s career, including Netflix’s Dance 100, while his work as a teacher allows him to bring that professional experience back into the studio. At The Manor LDN, he teaches Hip Hop and choreography, combining performance technique with the foundations behind the movement.

For Don Toliver’s “Private Landing” featuring Justin Bieber and Future, Jamie brings that foundation into a track built around a blend of Hip Hop and R&B. Released in 2023 as part of Love Sick, the song gives him another space to explore musicality, groove and performance through his own choreography.
