Refuel at The Manor
The Manor isn't just where you train — it's where London's dance community lands between rehearsals, classes and late-night creative sessions. Our reception café is the pause button.
Coffee comes from Square Mile, one of London's most celebrated speciality roasters. Make it yours with 1883 Maison Routin syrups — Vanilla, Caramel, Hazelnut, Pistachio — or go decaf without losing the flavour.
Want a slower lift? PerfectTed Matcha, hot or iced. Plus iced teas, premium soft drinks and snacks that actually keep you moving.

We have filtered water stations throughout the building, so don't forget your refillable bottle.

Our premium changing facilities feature male, female and all-gender changing rooms with rainfall showers, vanity areas and luxury Malin + Goetz toiletries.
