Studio Hire

Studios are hired by the hour, from £22.92 to £179.17 per hour excluding VAT depending on the room. Bookings of 4 hours or more receive 10% discount, and full day bookings an additional 5%, applied automatically at checkout.

The eight studios range from 12m² up to 180m², holding from 2 people in the smallest private room to 115 in the largest. Every studio's length, width, area and capacity is listed on The Studios & Hire Prices page.

Clifton House, Clifton Terrace, Finsbury Park, London, N4 3JP — a minute's walk from Finsbury Park station on the Piccadilly and Victoria lines and National Rail. Take the Wells Terrace exit. There is no on-site parking; Font Hill Road car park is a two-minute walk away.

Yes. Pick a studio, date and time on The Manor Space hire page to see live availability and pay by card — no back-and-forth. You'll need a Manor account to confirm the booking. All eight studios are available by the hour.

Yes. Bookings of 4 hours or more receive 10% discount, and full day bookings an additional 5%. A full day means eight continuous hours or more. The discount is applied automatically when you book — you don't need to ask for it.

Yes. Any studio can be hired by the hour for filming and photography. We offer a limited filming service on site by our own team, and external videographers are welcome. Camera and gimbal hire is available — please bring your own SD cards, or buy a 4GB card at reception.

Yes. Six of our eight studios are large enough to host an event. Send an event-hire enquiry with your date, times and details and we'll check availability, then confirm and invoice — listing, ticketing, posters and equipment all handled.

Yes. The Manor offers 11,000 sq ft of flexible space in Finsbury Park for brand activations, product launches, conferences, fashion shows and exhibitions. Catering, A/V services and dedicated event coordinators are available, and our non-branded rooms have a GOBO projector for personalised branding during your event.

Sprung floors, full-length mirrors, high ceilings and natural light, programmable LED lighting, Bluetooth-compatible sound systems with subwoofers, and air conditioning. The venue also has premium changing facilities and an onsite café.
