If you need furniture, equipment or decoration setting up, please include setup and breakdown time in your booking duration — it is not included for anything involving furniture or item set-up or breakdown.

03Pricing & ticketing

If The Manor handles ticketing we list and sell tickets for you, for a small per-attendee fee on top of your ticket price (under £25 → +£1; £25–£50 → +£2; over £50 → +£3).

04Promotional poster

Design your poster at a 9:16 ratio for Instagram Stories, then paste a shareable link below (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer). We no longer create posters for pop-up events, except weekly and Manor-hosted ones.

This covers everything from our equipment form — no separate form to fill in. Anything requested on the day that isn't listed here is subject to payment at the desk before use.

07Filming

We offer a limited filming service onsite, and you are welcome to bring your own videographer. Prices are listed below — tell us what you need and we'll confirm on your invoice.

Filming Services

The Manor LDN offers a limited filming service onsite by our Manor team. External videographers are welcome, so please feel free to bring your own — and if you need any recommendations for a full service we are happy to provide them. For camera hire please provide your own SD cards, or we sell 4GB cards at reception.
