Most choreographers have a signature. Shay Latukolan has a way of making movement feel instinctive. Based in Amsterdam, the internationally recognised choreographer, movement director and creative director has built a distinctive style rooted in organic, raw and theatrical movement — shaped by his beginnings in street and hip hop dance.

Latukolan’s career spans some of the biggest names in music, with choreography and movement direction for Stormzy, Ed Sheeran, Rosalía, Jung Kook, Tinashe, Tyla, Childish Gambino and Jungle. His work on Jungle’s “Back on 74” became a global viral moment, earning him the 2023 UK Music Video Award for Best Choreography in a Video. His wider work extends from music videos into live performance, fashion and commercial campaigns, including Tinashe’s BB/ANG3L Tour, Coachella, Kelly Rowland’s The Boy Is Mine Tour and Adidas x Stella McCartney’s Milan Fashion Week show.
