Kelsey ‘Hydro’ Miller & Hannah Arbury Reimagine “Everything Is Romantic”

4 November 2025 · 1 min read

Choreography by Kelsey 'Hydro' Miller x Hannah Arbury

Artist: Charli XCX - Everything Is Romantic

Location: The Manor LDN Dance Studio, Finsbury Park, North London

Some tracks demand choreography that feels bigger than the music itself. Charli XCX’s Everything is romantic is one of them — a track that sits somewhere between euphoria, intimacy and the strange little details that make falling in love feel cinematic. Released as part of BRAT in June 2024, the song became one of the album’s more unexpected moments, pairing Charli’s electronic production with lyrics that find romance in the everyday.

At The Manor LDN, Kelsey ‘Hydro’ Miller and Hannah Arbury brought their own movement languages to the track. Kelsey’s background is deeply rooted in Hip Hop, with training across Popping, Krump, House, Breaking, Afro and Dancehall, alongside his work with Boy Blue and his own collective, Hydrogen. Hannah is a multidisciplinary dancer and choreographer whose training spans Contemporary, Commercial and Hip Hop, with professional credits including Wicked, the Saudi Games and the Boomtown Festival Opening Ceremony.

Together, the two choreographers created a piece that brings their different movement qualities into the same space. Rather than treating the track as simply a commercial routine, the choreography explores its changing energy through musicality, texture and performance — giving dancers room to interpret the song as much as execute it.
