Known for her bold style and commanding presence, Amber Rae brought a genuinely singular energy to The Manor LDN for a dancehall in heels pop-up class. Still actively performing in the industry, Amber has spent her career carving out a distinct lane for dancehall — building credits with heavyweights including Wizkid, Stefflon Don, Lizzo, Ms Banks and Vybz Kartel among many others.

Amber is also the owner of Empress LDN, a platform built to champion women in dance and give dancehall the space and respect it deserves within the wider industry. Performing as a collective at the likes of the MOBO awards. Bringing dancehall into heels added an extra layer of precision and performance to the session, blending grounded, powerful dancehall movement with the sharpness and glamour heels choreography demands. That same mission runs through her teaching: her classes are more than choreography, they're a full experience, pushing dancers to move with intention, own their space, and tap into their own inner fire. Every time she steps into a studio, she leaves a lasting impact — and The Manor LDN's Finsbury Park studio was no exception.
