John Graham’s relationship with dance has always started with the foundations. Originally from Dublin, John trained across Dublin, London, New York and Los Angeles, developing a movement vocabulary rooted in Hip Hop while exploring styles including Locking and House. That breadth has become central to both his work and the way he teaches.

His professional career has taken him into the world of some of pop’s biggest names. John has worked with Beyoncé, Rihanna, Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Justin Bieber, Jessie J and Elton John, with experience spanning tours, television, awards shows, fashion, trade shows and live theatre.

But alongside performing, teaching has become a defining part of John's career. He has taught across the UK and Ireland as well as internationally in Europe and Hong Kong, with his classes centred on building a strong foundation and helping dancers understand the styles they are working within. His choreography brings together different influences while keeping rhythm and coordination at its core.

For The Manor Series, John brought that approach into the studio with choreography set to Chikoruss' “In 2 Deep”. The track gives the class room to explore groove, musicality and texture, while John's foundations-first approach keeps the movement grounded in the music.
