Sydney's Sell-Out Sensation Just Landed in London
A pop-up class, set to Moliy & Tyla's "Body Go" | Daniel Wijngaarden

CHOREOGRAPHY BY DANIEL WIJNGAARDEN
ARTIST: MOLIY & TYLA - BODY GO
LOCATION: THE MANOR LDN DANCE STUDIO, FINSBURY PARK, NORTH LONDON
Daniel Wijngaarden's choreography to "Body Go" by Moliy & Tyla is the kind of piece that explains itself the moment it starts — sharp, confident, unmistakably his. The Sydney-based choreographer and creative brings a genuinely versatile style into every piece he builds, drawing influence from an extensive theatrical background alongside art, fashion, and queer culture, and that range is exactly what's turned him into one of the most in-demand names on both sides of the world right now.
His choreographic credits alone tell a genuinely wide-ranging story: Kota Banks' music videos "Child" and "Italiana," Alyssa Sinacori's "Say My Name," promotional work for RnB Fridays Live in Sydney, the Australian premiere of Lux Listings season 2, and Denali Foxx's 2022 Australian tour "Halloqween." As a creative director, he's led POOF DOOF's official Mardi Gras Parade After Party alongside artists including Sugar and Spice, Jimi the Kween, and Jack Irving, and stepped into the role of movement director for Kota Banks' "Prize" tour — proof that his eye extends well beyond choreographing a single routine into shaping an entire creative vision.
That range has made him renowned throughout Australia for sell-out dance classes recognised by names including Kylie Minogue, The Black Eyed Peas, AME, Alice Chater, Oliver Heldens, and Nina Las Vegas — and that same sell-out energy has followed him to London, where his classes have quickly become just as in demand. Known for a commercial jazz style built on genuine versatility, Wijngaarden brought all of that into The Manor LDN, widely regarded as Europe's top dance studio — a room built with exactly the scale and standard to match a choreographer capable of moving this fluidly between continents, styles, and creative roles without ever losing his own signature.
