Inside Kerrie Milne's Sold-Out Pop-Up | The Manor LDN

Dublin-trained, Royal Family-approved: the Take Flight founder brought a decade of international dance camp experience to a sold-out session at London's top dance studio.

Kerrie Milne at The Manor LDN

Kerrie Milne, a world renowned teacher from Dublin Ireland, founder of the internationally recognised Take Flight dance intensive, taught a sold-out hip-hop pop-up at The Manor LDN, drawing one of the studio's highest-energy crowds to date. Dublin-trained and a former member of ReQuest Crew and The Royal Family, Milne has spent more than a decade building a reputation on the international dance camp circuit. Her style moves fluidly between hip-hop's grounded foundations, the performance polish of commercial choreography, and the fluidity of contemporary — often within the same eight-count, a combination that has made her one of the most in-demand names in the industry.

Who Is Kerrie Milne?
Milne built her name on the competitive and camp circuit before founding Take Flight, an intensive that has grown into one of the industry's most recognised names over the past decade. Alongside her brother and fellow choreographer Zacc Milne, she has taught and performed across multiple continents, drawing dancers who travel specifically to train under her.

Why It Matters for London's Dance Scene
London has no shortage of dance studios, but few consistently bring in choreographers of Milne's calibre for one-off sessions. Industry figures point to pop-ups like this as evidence of The Manor LDN's position as a genuine training ground rather than simply another studio — one where London-based dancers can access world-class instruction without leaving the city.
