From Burna Boy to the BRITs: Tyresse Hare's Rise

One of the UK's biggest rising talents, Tyresse Hare joined The Manor LDN for a high-energy, style-forward masterclass — and it's easy to see why he's fast becoming a defining voice in the next generation of choreographers. His credits already read like a career decades in the making: assistant choreographer for Burna Boy x G-Star RAW, performance work with SZA, and choreography created for artists including Joyce Wrice, Sabrina Carpenter at the BRIT Awards, Christina Aguilera, Tyla, Busta Rhymes, and Shirin David, among many others.

That range — spanning assistant choreography, live performance, and headline choreography work for some of music's biggest stages — gave dancers at The Manor LDN a genuinely rare glimpse into what's coming next in commercial dance. Rather than teaching from an established, settled style, Hare's class reflected a choreographer still actively shaping his voice in real time, on some of the industry's biggest stages, which made the session feel less like a lesson in technique and more like a preview of where the next wave of commercial choreography is headed.
