An Evening of Music, Stories and Community.

INSIDE BOY BLUE’S LISTENING PARTY

In 2024, The Manor LDN became the setting for a special evening with Boy Blue, celebrating the debut of CYCLES — their international production tour — alongside Mikey J’s incredible album. The studio was transformed into a warm, rustic and intimate setting for an evening centred around music, conversation and, above all, community.

The Boy Blue team staged the space around their creative vision, while The Manor provided the cosy bolster and blanket-style seating, full bar and refreshments, creating a relaxed environment for guests to settle in and experience the evening together.

The event featured song presentations followed by a Q&A with the full cast, alongside Mikey J and Kenrick H20 Sandy, giving guests the opportunity to hear directly from the people behind the work and explore the stories, inspirations and meaning within the music.

The Manor’s in-house projector also became part of the evening, helping bring the music and its stories to life and allowing the team to dive deeper into the themes behind the songs.

Rather than a traditional launch, the evening felt like a gathering of the Boy Blue community — a chance to listen, share, ask questions and celebrate the work together.

For The Manor Space, it was another example of how our studios can be transformed far beyond their traditional use, creating an intimate and memorable setting for listening parties, launches, cultural events and creative gatherings.
