All merchandise sales at The Manor LDN are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, and gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.

If something is faulty or wrong

If an item reaches you faulty, damaged, or it is not what you ordered, we will put it right. Get in touch with the studio and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Getting in touch

Contact the studio with your order details, and a photograph if the item arrived damaged.
