Brian Friedman
Brian Friedman is an internationally renowned choreographer, creative director and educator whose work has helped shape the commercial dance industry for more than 30 years. Celebrated for his bold creative vision, genre-defining choreography and innovative approach to movement, Brian is recognised as one of the most influential creatives in dance. His choreography and creative direction credits span an extraordinary roster of global artists, including Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Britney Spears, Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Ciara, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Usher, P!NK, Prince, Christina Aguilera, Nicole Scherzinger, One Direction, Cher, Sam Smith and Melanie Martinez. His television work includes So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing with the Stars, The X Factor (UK & US), America's Got Talent, Britain's Got Talent, Will & Grace, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, the MTV Video Music Awards, VH1 Divas Live, the American Music Awards and the Billboard Music Awards. Brian's film credits include Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, You Got Served, She's All That, Austin Powers in Goldmember and Uptown Girls. Beyond choreography, he has worked extensively as a creative director, producer and mentor, helping develop the next generation of dance talent through internationally renowned programmes including The Pulse On Tour, The Main Event and Radix Dance Convention.
