The Manor LDN’s Manor Series Volume 3: Industry Special was taken to new heights with an inspiring improvisation session led by Shannelle 'Tali' Fergus. With over 20 years of industry experience as a performer, teacher, and choreographer, Tali brought her unique movement style—blending street styles, contemporary, and a focus on gesture and pedestrian movement—to the class.
As the founder and lead facilitator of identity. ideas. industry. (iii), a professional development program for creative artists, Tali guided participants through an exploration of movement, conversation, and industry insights. Her approach encourages dancers to deepen their curiosity about their creativity while challenging their connection to the dance world.
It was a powerful session that not only pushed dancers' improvisation skills but also provided them with tools to reflect on their artistic journey.
